This is I live in the St. Francois Mountains of U.S. Missouri Ozarks...I LOVE the hills, trees, nature, and the open views of the land ( it is kind of like where I live currently- but of course Italy is SO much more Beautiful!!! ). This is more of a private setting which I adore! Since this property is considered 'rural', does one need to fill out paperwork and have this property inspected/surveyed to actually live in this home?? I hear legal paperwork is very slow and cumbersome in Italy and one must hire people to get things property certified... I really need to call you I have SO many questions! Like, could I have poultry and goats on this property if I decide to try to stay year round? Is the property (land) already surveyed, so I can fence it for my dogs??? Can I have the 'water" hooked up to the property, or could I actually have a well drilled??? Also, here in the U.S. it is very expensive to have a septic tank 'renovated'....I hope not so in Italy! In addition, Is the electricity 110 or 220?? ( enough to power a regular big size refrigerator?) If an American Citizen only stays there x amount of days in a year, and my primary residence is in the U.S., do my taxes change as this would be considered a 'Holiday Home"?....Is this rural property in the 7% tax rate zone?
