The analogy is very nice, especially sharing fruit with others, which contain seeds, which people can then use for their own garden =) Thanks for sharing and keep it up! I've really enjoyed these little bite-sized videos, and they are nuanced enough so that are more than just listicles or fluffy, do good work, puff pieces.

Didn't find an application that is not putting their "menus" in your face, or forcing you to some size or shape.
Makes you feel you are working for those companies, because the applications are not flexible to changes in
the gardening process and filled with interruptions.

If a gardening app allowed me to create another "app" instead of a "document", I would be able to run it without seeing the
gardening app's menus.
If a gardening app allowed me to create a document or schedule or ... that doesn't require the gardening app to run, I only need
an operating system, then I won't feel chained by the gardening application.

At this point I recommend no one to use those applications.
And I kinda hoped you would point this out since it becomes extremely obvious when you do "mind gardening".

My intention is to push the community to make all application disabled user friendly in every sense, with emphasis on
No redundant text or sign when you are preforming tasks on the PC.

This intention, also promotes disconnecting the application from it's menus. So in addition to OS configuration, each application will have User configuration that contains the initial & suggested Menu objects to run their application. And the user can choose anything that appears on the application window.

This is how you kill someone’s potential new habit with idealism. I like Obsidian. Sorry it doesn’t work for you, but nothing discourages people from even trying when they’re told that their start is subpar.
