My first house I had over $30K saved and that is what I used to buy my first house which was a rental property. Still to this day at 27 I own that property and I make over $1K every single month in profit, I will probably never sell this property.

It all started when I was young and worked and hustled and saved money and didn't spend it on useless toys and invested it for the right reasons.

This is perfect info, as an adult my wife and I have a side hustle flipping goods, we are all fine but we soon will have some teen age family members live with us and we want them to be successful in life. Teach them the value of money. How they can earn even though they are kids. Teach them hard work and sacrifice and how to make money grow into a asset so they don’t have to hustle so much and they can enjoy life.

I remember this one time in third grade, I was selling my toys at school. I would bring them in my backpack and have people buy them when we took breaks in the hallways. I was getting paid good too. Then I went and spent it on one of those scholastic toys. I think it was a good life lesson.
