I’ve handled these a few times in my 47 years of being alive, they may seem dangerous at first because of their “claws” but they don’t do any damage to humans. They are adorable, I’ve had the privilege of keeping a sole specimen at our house for a few weeks after we caught it while deep sea diving. We returned it to the Gulf Of Mexico off the coast of my home city of Pensacola. We named it “PB” short for “PillBilly”. Our visitors were amazed by it, because we had to buy some whale meat to feed it.
