Pep needs to actually put trust in the Academy for once. These players are aging and it won't be easy to buy new players to replace all of them at once giving how hard it is to find talented players these days. Plus the major talents now like musiala, wirtz and even zubimendi, these are seem very very hard to get so the Academy seems like the next option rn.
