Powder Coat Everything in Sight

Lots going on in this video as winter just won't let up at all. still working on the 57 chevy trying to get everything aligned up somewhat but everything you do changes something so it's being quite the challenge for sure. Was suppose to go and cut firewood but that didn't happen went to Aubery's place instead and got some wood from him. Then I busted out the eastwood powder coating system again and powder coated the winch attachment for the ATV and the pinch rail adapter. One thing i did learn was that you can make runs while powder coating

You can powder coat in multiple coats, tends to get tricky with having a good ground after the first stage. The piece you drilled and tapped is perfect for multiple coats

You taught me something today, I had know idea you could get a run in powder coating. Go figure. I'm also curious to see if it rust were the powder coating was weak and if it spreads to the area that is powder coated.

I need a setup like that too. I'm curious if you could mix the powders to achieve different colours? Great timing on the "Drawing Pictures of Mountain Tops" I do love Pearl Jam. not much scenery here in Ontario. Digging the Milwaukee tools. Thats the way I think I'm going to go soon. Hey Jerry, how well did the M18 fuel battery hold up with the angle grinder? I use the earlier version M18 batteries ( big bulky and the low profile) and was wondering if Milwaukee has improved the battery life cause my Milwaukee angle grind can empty those low profile m18’s in just a couple of minutes.

Hey Jerry, you're experiencing the faraday cage effect. Because the powder is highly charged, it'll take the path of least resistance(to the outer parts, not getting into tight corners).

Look into corona vs tribo style powder guns if you'd like more info. Loving the vids 👍 mfbt!

Wonder if you can mix the two powder colors together, if its possible, with the 2 you have you'd make color cyan (be a light blue green)
