Thanks Emily. I find your explanations in this series thorough and easy to follow. I also really appreciate the optimizations tips, I feel like they're expanding my general understanding of Flutter, not just of animations in Flutter. The only thing I'm still struggling to understand is the value of AnimatedWidget here. Could you elaborate on why extracting the AnimatedBuilder into an AnimatedWidget is better than placing it into a StatelessWidget? And/or why a "build method inside of a build method" is silly in this case? Cheers!

I watched the video and I am feeling so lost, i recommend to show a SIMPLE example with a couple of options so the user can understand better. Just do something understandable without worrying about the duration of the video.
