Very beautiful flowers, I just stop to corect u . On ur vid is not asphodelus albus but other variet, maybe Asphodelus ramosus L. . Idk for albus, but ramosus is edible or I wouldnt be able to write this :) It have tuber underground .That tuber that you can cook like a potato tuber.
(a potato - poisonous plant but its tubers are just edible).
