The lawyers and any other third parties who participate in the malicious campaign including judges who allows children to remain with a known provable abuser (such as mothers issuing false accusations and malicious charges and legal acts against their partner under false pretenses) should be prosecuted as child abusers in the best interests of the child. The children should be allowed the right to sue family court judges and any other legally appointed person to decide the fate of the child to be 1/. sued for leaving a child with an abuser and 2/. emotional damage for breaking up the relationships with the child father. Criminal charges should also be pressed against any state or state appoint body who legally intervene in the family. Their should be no time limit to sue, as many children believed in the lies of the mother/state/and other feminist organisations can take decades or generational to undo and set right. These abusive people takes the best years of bonding away from the child and father.

In QLD false accusation after false accusation can be made with no backlash for doing so as well. I know this because I'm going through it right now. Literally just the other day, yet another one of my ex-wife's accusations was dismissed in court (that was her third).
Great. Win, right? Not exactly. Every time she has pulled this shit, she names my daughters as well and so then I cannot see them for months at a time.
There is nothing to stop her from doing this to me again, and again... and again... almost indefinitely.
I'm 38 and my life is potentially over. Any hope of leading a "normal" life at this point is virtually gone.
The worst part is that she knows I suffer from bi-polar disorder, civilian PTSD and that she started this whole thing in 2014 a week after my then girlfriend had taken her own life because of alcohol abuse and the constant shaming and put downs from her own mother. My ex-wife and I split back in 2011.
Anyway, within that week after what happened, my ex-wife said she was concerned for me and thought I might do the same as my girlfriend. All I said was, "As long as I can see my little girls, then you have nothing to worry about.". I had no idea she'd take those words in and use them as fuel for her motivation, which is what I suspect she is trying wholeheartedly to do.
She wants me "out of the way". What better way to do that than by trying to push me into doing it myself?
However, I keep pushing ahead - even if I too have been stripped of virtually everything I once owned and/or had as a part of my life. I keep telling myself that I have to try to help educate as many people as I can and use my story to help young men be better prepared than I was.

@ 16:00--He talks about how a Justice of the Peace actually induced the woman to get a restraining order against the kids. This is a huge problem. people like the police, social workers, and so on, actually escalate the claims. In my case the social worker invented evidence, and committed perjury under direct questions from a judge. Why is this a thing?

When a man goes to court, he is not only up against his wife, he is up against the whole system.
