"Aishite" actually means "Love me" which relates to the rest of the song, the song is basically about a child who wants love from their parents meaning that the child was probably abused and not cared about and the fact that Miku and bf are singing the song means that they probably had the same childhood and we're not cared about.
But it's just a theory so u don't have to believe it.
