I had always thought that this was a song about a bit simple minded girl who acted like a bitch to keep up appearances and about a guy who saw through her act and loved her for who she really was... and then I saw the comments. Yeah, I suppose that this could also be taken as a creepy stalker song or as one that's about emotionally abusive girlfriend.
