Advent of Code 2020, Day 2, Part Two - Solved with Ruby

I code up and walkthrough a solution to Part Two of Day 2 of Advent of Code 2020 using Ruby. I'm able to reuse most of the solution from Part One. This is mostly a matter of reworking the validation and then making sure I get some conditional logic right.
