Hey guys, i got some news, for people that goes to TJ. Yea still exist zona norte and the nice girls there, but coffe chains, condos chains, new apartment chains, fast food restaurante chains, are changing that area completely, some people see it as a positive thing, others as a negative thing and called gentrification, now you see gringos not just visiting but living there, also LGBT comunity has increse as you guys have no idea that you will tons same sex partners holding hands.... Yes it is happening in TJ, as right know there are 10 condos towers getting built, and yes everyting is getting more expensive as well. We will see what happened in the future.
