You guys are saving my life. I'm 63, female, & diabetic, which makes me eight times more likely to get a frozen shoulder than the average bear. Your exercises are really helping me now, when I'm in quarantine, sitting too much obsessing over the news on my laptop, and dealing with a frozen left shoulder. I thought I had zero chance of seeing a physical therapist right now, but here you are, on YouTube. THANK YOU!!! Now I just need a tennis ball. Ha! I already have a broom stick. I can do this.

What ultimately corrected my posture was doing some kind of rowing motion with elastic bands that i hooked around a small tree/pole and i pulled it almost up to my chin. I did about 30 a day and i noticed a significant change in my posture. After about a week or two.

Thanks for your dedication to PT education. Your videos have made a difference in the quality of lives for so many of us. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome-Hypermobile Subtype and as I am getting older PT is becoming more frequent. It is reassuring to know that while faced with these physical struggles and challenges, Bob and Brad videos are just a click a way. (especially useful during this COVID-19 crisis, since all my PT appointments have been cancelled) However, we'll get through this-thanks for keeping these helpful videos going! God Bless

I prefer the ball massage done standing at a wall. Easier to get the ball in the right spots and I can control the amount of pressure. Some people put the ball in a sock or towel to make placing it even easier.

you guys are the best! I rested for three 3 months, and got 3 prp shots and the pain still wasnt going nowhere.. but 3 days of these exercises and my shoulder feels 50% better. thanks!

I’ve been having shoulder pain for months, now I know why thanks to your video today. Thank you for your info. I also have neck pain laying on my back, I have to use a pillow when doing these exercises. Is that ok? Also what can I do to decompress my neck? Thank you and stay healthy.

I've had pain and tightness for so long I'm actually just used to it. A daily thing for well over ten years with increase in pain and tightness but that's why I hope this is just one of many things to get better posture and alleviate pain. It will give me huge problems when Im older if I don't sort it out. I would still much prefer to see a physical therapist one day face to face. But these videos most certainly help a lot, just even if it reduces the pain its great.
