This guys got real guts. It takes a huge amount of strength and determination to get up there and open himself up so much. I’ve lived with depression and anxiety since I was a young child - now 60, and I’ve learnt to manage it with support and find people like this guy inspirational. ❤️🇮🇪

He's an excellent ambassador por kids in that age group bc if you look at him you'd think his life is 'perfect.' He's tall, handsome, and fit. But, you never know what goes on behind those eyes.
What an excellent way (writing and rapping ) to convey your pain. I think it is much better than self destructive behavior such as drinking, taking opioids, or other drugs. A lot of respect for you Aaron J Hart.
