I am very sorry to point out that the organisers have not done a good home work. I am talking about the way one of the nominees, Ms. Basmati Gargai has been introduced who was nominated twice for this award. Basmati Gargai has set up a school for tribal children in Lamjahari, West Singhbhum District, Jharkhand State . The Times Now says that she is educating street children in Mumbai. Very disappointing to note the goof up.
