Bronx tenants struggle with homelessness

Two weeks after a devastating fire tore through their Wallace Avenue apartment building, more than 300 displaced tenants are now grappling with the harsh reality of homelessness.

Parkash Management is the worst Management in NYC they shouldnt be allowed to own another building in this city. I am a tenant in the opposite building from Wallace Ave the same nonsense my neighbors dealt with over there I deal with in the Barnes Avenue building. The politicians having a town hall meeting which I heard they were clueless its amazing. This fire happened back on January 10th but you got two brand new buildings 2 blocks away one on Allerton and Barnes the other is literally across the street from the Wallace Avenue building on Williamsbridge no one occupying them yet and they wont give the 2910 Wallace tenants priority because they want idiots to pay 2500 for a one bedroom which they call "affordable" for this area. This is what forces people to change their voting patterns hopefully it shows in next years elections. I lived in my building almost 40 years our old landlord got things done, this Parkasz clown is as useless as wet toilet paper.

This is what happens, when you see these politicians as friends. They, are not your friend. There only function is to provide the necessary goods and services, for which is necessary. And, dole out to those that don't belong here in the first place. It's sad the way our government treat us, with our money and our bodies fighting in some of these wars.

Ved Parkash needs to be investigated!!! 😡 This was my neighbors and I in June of 2023, so I feel their pain! Most of us are still homeless and lost everything. Three of his buildings destroyed the exact same way in less than two years.. That’s no coincidence! I pray for these families that they find permanent shelter. 😢🙏🏽
