Ukraine’s fight to take back territory

Ukraine’s blue-and-yellow flag has been raised once more in towns and villages across the country’s northeast. Caryn Ceolin with how Ukraine is reshaping the battlefield 200 days into the war.

I wanted it too be you caryn, but some times things just don't work out the way we plan.

6000 square km in 4 days. Ukraine took everything up to the Kharkiv/russia border, east to the Oskil river and then all the way south, and took Izyum back. That's 6000 square km. There are possibly still skirmishes at the russian border, but the Kharkiv occupational government has fled to russia, first from Kupyansk and then Vovchansk. I've geolocated a lot of this territory myself. There's footage from all of these various locations.

The've also taken back territory NW of Kharkiv city, they've taken territory around Lyman, and of course Kherson. As well the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, has fled to russia, as per his own video.

Russia's MOD statements and maps reflect all of these claims however they call it a "withdrawal". Without their gear, and a lot of their men, but a withdrawal nonetheless.

You do realize it was a tactical retreat? Ukraine lost 30k soldiers for a flat, worthless terrain. Remeber Stalingrad? Russia just killed their energy surply and bombed their support lines.
