Hey mrs im 14 years old and i think i got a cavity when i eat or drink or drink hot stuff it never hurts but then one day i used flash on my mouth and found 3 little dots they were very very tiny and they where like light brown then i poked it with a needle not hard then it hurt my tooth so if it is a cavity what can i do here at home is their any way to disrupt the procces of tooth decay and can it be reversed plz answer and thank you if you do

They only extract all teeth for denture .... Dr is it possible to send my teeth and want advises I can’t suffer alone
