Under the Sea Jello Sensory Adventure Exploration

We read a lot of beach books, ocean animals this summer, which really inspired us to get a little creative and make a sensory bin at home. My toddler loves sensory stimulation — it gives him a chance to learn through play and engage his imagination.  I also love how calm he becomes when he is able to focus on a simple activity like manipulating, digging or squishing gelatin.

What You Need:
Blue gelatin or plain clear gelatin used 2 packages
blue food coloring
Small plastic ocean animals toys
Small plastic storage bin, Tupperware, or bowl Spoons or cups for scooping
clappers tweezers
