You are going to love spironolactone! I have been taking it for about 4 months now, and my skin looks amazing!. I noticed a huge difference in my skin within a month of taking it coupled with differen. I don't wear foundation anymore because I don't need it. I have a tiny bit of hyperpigmentation and I use a tiny bit concealer for that and that is it.

Oh wow you’ve been taking Spironolactone? When did you start? Are you going through Apostrophe? I take 100 mg of Spironolactone daily, from Apostrophe. The first two weeks I could feel my skin calming down, it was great. It has taken awhile for my acne to actually completely stop though. I’m almost done with my third month on the medicine. Although it’s a slow process, I absolutely love the results, and improvements so far! I haven’t had really any side effects with the medicine, except maybe using the bathroom a teeny tad bit more often, but that’s it! I’ve definitely noticed my hair doesn’t shed as much in the shower, or on my brush now. Can’t wait till I get to the point I don’t have to shave my legs as often lol (hopefully) lol! I can’t wait to follow your progress on it, while I’m taking it too! Good luck!

If you can try Accutane, I was on Spiro for 5 years! And it stopped working, now I’m on Accutane and it completely wiped everything out, and regrows your skin from the inside out, I wish I just started with Accutane all those years ago
