Today's Episode we really start moving through the 1994 GMC K1500 Build. We clean up and replace all the steering components as well as fabricate the front differential mount to convert this bad boy to AWD.

Looking good dude. Some serious progress happening. I always wondered if those AWD front diffs could be adapted to an OBS. Now I know! I've dealt with those joints before with no zerk. I bought a needle that attaches to my grease gun. Just went right through the rubber boot to grease it. I was working on an ATV restoration. The factory lower A-arms had a non-replaceable lower ball joint with no zerk, so I tried the needle and it worked good until I got better suspension parts.

Looks like someone already mentioned a needle attachment for your grease gun. My dad used to have a 70s ford that they called old yeller. Once I bought this truck I had to keep the namesake going.

Really nice job on that bracket Dustin. All the suspension stuff was pretty crusty, glad you replaced all that. Time will tell if the no grease joints hold up :) I'm in the middle of a domino effect on the Fairmont right now. "Might as well do this since its apart" 🤣

Are you going all coilovers front and rear? Is the GT 100 gonna be a track truck or more or less a show piece?
