5-8 - Begin facing perpendicular to the audience; Stand clean (hands in blade tight to thighs)
1 - Bend knees; clasp hands
2 - Extend arms with hans still in clasp diagonally from the ground
3- Swing arms towards knees (hands still in a clasp)
4 - Hit pike (arms parallel to one another; both feet together with toes pointed)
5 - Land the pike with knees still bent (this is the sit for the back hand spring)
6 - Swing (bring arms from behind extending them beside your ears)
7-8 - Handstand while pulling legs towards chest
1 - Stand clean (starting position)
