Don't afraid ! Speak ! Try to combine all the nouns and verbs that you know into a sentence.
They will understand you, if not they will correct you and at the next time you will say it better !

It's so true. All the time we are trying to prove to us and to other people that we are built from perfection. We upload and public on social media photos and informations making us the best, most beautiful, wonderful, wealthy....The reality is we create our false shape. We all as humans have many inperfections, blemishes, scars and I think this is absolutely not bad. This makes us simply true, not like dolls or games characters. There is a beauty in those kinds of things which is not recognized by many. In case Ana Botella speech - I can see passion in her and despite I am foreign learner I fully understand her words. I think it was great speech, nothing to blame.
