I think it was a smart move not including Starscream. Notice how the roster seems to lack any flying characters so the car racing aspect still works. A jet would either be stuck flying 5 feet from the ground, or completely break the game by flying across the whole map.

Imagine if this game gets *REALLY* well received.

They might add skins from the Transformers franchise in general whether it be from the movies, tv shows or comics.
