I did exactly what you did but my zed air mini laptop is always starting (stuck) with the built-in EFI Shell.

Pls help me..i tried to remove/reset my password following all the given steps but I keep getting a message " additional free space is needed in the drive where Windows is installed. Free up some space and retry." what can I do?..im totally frustrated...pls help.

Hi.. Ive been trying a long time now but i just cannot remove the password from my zed air 14inch laptop. I keep on getting a msg that says i need additional space... Etc, etc.... Its really frustrating.. Can u help pls
