What a superb brass section and beautiful percussion. Really brought out the spirit of the piece.

Die brillanten Töne aller Trompeten klingen echt eindrucksvoll. Die explosiven Töne der Schlagzeuge sind auch bewundernswert. Echt ausgezeichnetes Orchester!

Reminds me of when I joined the US Navy, and served for 25 years.

Great playing! A great piece of music. More Copland, please! We need him in these times!

I absolutely love this piece, I just don't know whether it's because or despite how it makes me feel like every American protagonist in one of those late-90s nationalistic Hollywood movies (Pearl Harbour, Independence Day, We Where Soldiers, etc.) when I'm European

I have never understood playing behind the conductor like this. Why does the ensemble play so far behind the ictus, yet precisely on the cut off at the end?

2:48 someone messed it up at this moment killing all the momentum of this beautiful rendition. What a waste

There's actually no need for strings in an orchestra :-)
