This amazing song deserves a second life. The first life in 1978 was cut short when radio stations wanted to play "Copacabana" and skip past a ballad. So this treasure was pushed aside. It stills sounds as fresh today as the first time I heard it back then. Love you Barry.

I am 62 today and have loved Barry’s music since I was 16. This song has been my favorite for a long long time, and this video has brought me to tears. Even now, when i have come so far and my life has been so good, sometimes I Still remember some “chapters” of my youth and it still hurts. This is my song, and I really am this man from the video!!!! It is so good to know that Barry is still so loved. I grew up listening to his songs, this one in particular, as it came out the year I was born, and the same year my mothers best friend died. It had special meaning for her, and thus for me, too. Many long and sometimes painful years have passed since the lazy days of my childhood ended, and while a great many things have changed, my love for this man and his music has not, nor will it ever.
