This Exotic is About to POP OFF in Destiny 2… (Episode: Revenant)

Destiny 2 Episode: Revenant drops tomorrow, and this Exotic is about to truly pop off thanks to the new artifact mods... it's Wicked Implement! Which is getting at least a half a dozen indirect buffs with everything new from the artifact (and crafted potions!)

From a recent reply to a Bungie Help forum post about Wicked Implement not working with Anti-Barrier Scout Rifle: To provide an update, this is by design due to the exotic being Stasis and having the intrinsic "Slow" already, which can be used against Overload champions. The same applies to Conditional Finality.

I just used a Wicked Implement build in Onslaught tonight to try it out before the new artifact mods come out. It carried me through wave 50 with only moderate effort

They've come out and said in a reddit post that wicked implements will not be receiving the antibarrier trait due to being able to stun the other two champion types

Apart from the fact the bullets bounce of barriers! It’s broken at the moment, I had to switch to a different scout rifle to stun a barrier champ

Just tested it; Mods still aren’t working on Wicked Implement.

You can no longer double dip in anti champ mods. This does not get anti barrier. Conditional does not get anti berrier. Salvations grip does not get anti overload rounds ect.

People are saying it doesn’t work with the mod equipped. It’s not supposed to. Bungie stated this a few days ago. Both conditional finality and wicked implement have intrinsic champions stunning, however, they both will stun barriers when radiant. Legit just throw on prismatic and make yourself radiant in different ways, and stun every champ with this weapon. Simple as that.
