I found Four Thousand Weeks interesting and thought provoking. In particular paying more attention to the fact that with finite time we cannot do or be everything. We need to choose what not to do, as well as what to do.

Your lilac is beautiful!! I bought one last year and it is blooming now… but it is only two feet tall! Totally know how you feel about the posting pressure - I am having such a hard time keeping up with my channel and reading in general lately and I sometimes feel so guilty about it… but why?!? 😅 Loved hearing about Mental health May - I hadn’t heard of that one yet but have struggled with an anxiety disorder for most of my life so I 😊love that it is becoming more understood and talked about as the years to by. Sorry for the late comment Jack. Love the BPB and I’m sure there will be lovely plants and scenery in or near your new home. Thoroughly enjoyed hearing about all these books. Excellent Little Free Library Haul. Is Madadam (sp?) the third in her dystopian trilogy? I had the first one Oryx and Crake out years ago from the library and never got to it. Would like to read that series sometime. 😊📚 Good luck with the packing. 📦

I've heard several people mention 4, 000 Weeks but I've had a couple disappointments on the self-help front in terms of books being more for beginners on their search, and feeling like I hadn't learned anything new (in minimalism and creative productivity spaces). Could it be I've read too much?!? 😆

Hi Jack! As far as fantasy recommendations go, I recently read "The Empress of Salt & Fortune" by Nghi Vo and I loved it. It's part of a series but each story is fully contained - the stories are only loosely connected. It's a novella (119 pages) but it's such a wonderful and full story - it proves you don't need a huge page count to have a full and complex world and memorable characters. Lovely video!

Congrats on selling your house 😊 if you want to have a painting party where we paint and listen to audiobooks i am down 😂. Mental health may sounds excellent i didnt know that this was happening im a bit late to the party but will need to look out for it next year 🩷
