Fired deputy police chief reappointed by DOLTON MAYOR Tiffany Henyard

Just a week after being ousted as Deputy Police Chief, Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard has appointed Lewis Lacey as the village’s new Police Chief, despite trustees alleging the appointment is illegal. NBC Chicago’s Regina Waldroup reports.

Why is the mayor not arrested and removed from office? Why don't they seize her vehicles? She should not be allowed to change locks to government building. The state should have Procurement Manual explaining legal purchases. No receipts credit card cut off that Friday till receipt is received. Anything over $500 needed two signatures. All equipment/furniture with Property numbers, had to be turned into Procurement.
It's terrible how she is still able to take money.
