Ever since the solar eclipse, I have been very tired and feeling like I just want to be by myself. It’s been extreme to the point my kids are complaining, and I have to force myself to get out of the house and do activities. I feel bad that my kids notice it.

I have been forgetting mu entire life. But as I got got older I felt it was information that I did not need. Your more light hearted when you release having to remember details. But we are taught that we are not smart or scholarly if we don't retain all these details. It literally makes you lighter and more carefree. I notice my mom has to know every detail of everything, but it's her frustration, control, and worry. Just relax into what is.

This was such a beautiful and uplifting message ! I listened to it twice. I’m so looking forward to dropping painful memories and the pain of my ancestors.
