Plant your own gardens and raise chickens, forget canned veggies- way too many additives and not healthy. Go to farmers markets and buy fresh and can it yourself. People need to do more for themselves and stop relying on someone else for everything for starters, so much healthier eating if you do it with fresh food and not frozen or canned. Make your own bread too- not hard to do and materials are minimal in cost to a loaf from store and won’t have half the junk ingredients. Be self sufficient, it doesn’t require that much extra work and is healthier for you.
