Amazing tutorial! Quick tip for anyone who's 'possess' blueprints aren't working: In your character blueprint, right click and add an event called 'Event Possessed'. Connect it to your input mapping nodes, that Event Begin Play is connected to. I hope this helps someone!

Do you have extra Plugins to be able to do this, im new so i might not have them activiated. All i know is that my texture 2d isnt working at all and the set skeletal mesh blueprint doesnt give me the option to reinit Pose.

I love this tutorial!!! I am trying to adapt it to make a character creator that swaps textures instead of meshes, and also adding a color picker wheel to change the color of each texture, but i am very stuck at Enums, DataTables, and Structures.

Would you do a tutorial on how to make a character creator that applies selected textures to a dynamic material's parameters, that can be recolored?

I have different levels and for some reason going from level to level resets the character to defult, how would I fix this

Trying to follow along and even with 0.5 speed & MULTIPLE skip backs....its hard to follow at a point. Camera stuff is great, starts to get in the weeds with the character creation part aaannd then thats that. Nothing looks the same, the icons are different, the prompts are different or totally missing. The idle bp just doesnt even pop up...idk man, if I cant follow a step by step guide I guess this sht just aint for me :(
At 10:14 my asset browser is totally empty, idle pulls up nothing at all.

Great video but why is it so low? I had to turn everything to the max to hear the video. I don't see anyone complaining but I had another video open here and it blasts loud as heck, so it's not my pc.
