What I heard about those V8 Cummins engines is they are great engines until they're modified, dont take to high hp very well, best left stock

That lbz Chevy is the best year of the cateye. Most reliable Duramax and last year before the DEF and has the 6 speed Allison. Too bad it isn't 4x4. I bought the same truck off copart clean title for 3k I have driven and towed over 20k miles with 0 issues. Never getting rid of it. Id pick that truck over any 2nd gen Cummins just because of the transmission and reliability of the lbz. Also has way better performance.

That Chevy Silverado is definitely a good truck Randy. If you get that it would be an easy dent to fix and an easy sell to do. That Subaru maybe a cool car for Nick possibly! I bet there is a bad ground on the passenger side behind the inner fender. It’s a common problem on the newer trucks. Watch south main auto has videos on the bad grounds
