My Sennheiser sub seems to rattle and pop when I turn up the volume and push the bass right at +4db. Embarrassing when I have company, someone said it sounded like a plunger 🪠

For 1499 I got a 5.1 set of monitor audio Silver 8. sure it’s used but it blows every sound bar out there out of the water.

Soundbars aren't that good you would have been better with a normal stereo system

No 2-channel stereo. No imaging. No enveloping sound stage. No tight, deep thumping bass. And instead of Dolby Atmos (object based audio), you'll have a substitute for virtual sounds. Hence, it's not what one would call premium.
