AWESOME JOB! Spent a lot of time trying to figure this out but this helped a lot!

If I wanted to see all requests for all the direct reports at once, not just the once select (to avoid clicking on each of the 15-ish direct reports I have), how would I got about that? I tried doing AllItems instead of Selected but that did not work. Thanks!

Thanks, Reza! This is very helpful! I wanted to filter & display data for all direct reports without selecting them. I want to show a table of all direct reports in a single view without selecting them 1 by 1

This is very awesome, Thanks a million... Loving it!! Thanks for being savvier for me 😇
Small query...
In this view org hierarchy you mentioned is at top Raza is there. Then Sarah reports to Raza. And Rahul Reports to Sarah.
So Raza can view data for Sarah. And Sarah can view data for Rahul.
But being as a senior manager Raza may be interested to view data for Rahul.

In other words CEO may wants to see full organization data and not only for direct reports. could you suggest how to achieve this functionality ?

Very Valuable, loved. it! how do you get around the issue of everyone needing to have access to the SP list to create items, but perhaps not wanting the end users with no direct reports being able to see it, find it use it in that form? This is a challenge I keep running in to particularly with things that need roll based apps!

Hi Reza,

I love watching your powerapp videos.

Thank you for your great work and sharing.

I would like to ask you one question.

How can we get the list of all the subordinates i.e. the direct reports of direct reports in powerapps teams gallery?

Hi Reza, this is amazing, I'm wondering if you can or do have a video that checks if the user is logged in as a manager or a user on the logging screen. (I'm talking with regards to the leave management system template that has two different logins for the users). Thank you so much for your videos.

Hi Reza, Thanks for this. I am trying this but am successful showing the selected person's data in my Sharepoint list. The difference with my Sharepoint list is that I can't use Created by since the list is created by a group and not the "selected" person. I was trying to filter based on the Display name but i don't think I'm doing this right. any suggestions on what I should check? The scenario is after selecting from the DirectReports gallery, I want to search for that person in my sharepoint list and show that record, but their record is created by a team and not the selected person. Thanks!

Hi Reza,
Thanks for another valuable video. I have a requirement to have a staff directory in a sharepoint online page where staff can search contacts details. I m thinking to have a powerapp for this. Do you have a video for this. Thanks .

Hi, I do get the idea of how to filter a gallery, based on the direct reports (thank you for this very clear explanation by the way). But with regards to the source list in Sharepoint, how can you avoid the 'manager' has access to the complete list instead of only the records from his direct reports, when this 'manager' is accessing the list in Sharepoint directly. I'd expect he would need read access to the complete list to be able to filter out the data in the Power App (which would breach the role base security).

Hi Reza,
What if we want to manage user profiles in an excel in onedrive?
How we will validate users thru excel data?
How can we change User() function to take values from excel data?

Is there a way to include the user that is opening the form in the Items as well ?

Hi Reza, is there a way of searching a distinct list of managers to retrieve Manager names only within Office365Users ? and Filter by Company ?
