Trump is being tried in spite of the law not because of the law. These cases are doomed because you can't arrive at justice by using illegal means. The outcome of the judicial system isn't supposed to be determined by people's negative emotions, but by the the fair application of the law. All of these cases thwart the very basis of the law in our country, the Constitution. Try reading Article 1: Section 3 (last ¶), and Article 2: Section 4.
