Finding a friend to workout with has made a huge impact for me. It ensures I am there for her and by going I know I need to be reliant to her and myself.

Everything else is easy to do but to avoid isolation is the difficult part. I think isolation protects you from unnecessary stress others can impose on you. It’s more relaxing and healthier to spend time with yourself. Don’t be afraid 😱 it’s much more peaceful.
Just meet people when you need to.

Get rid of as much stress you can. Recognise the stagnant emotions in your body and the suppressed ones, release them.
Free yourself and live your private life close to people who make you feel safe to express yourself and be who you truly are.
Get out in Nature, get barefeet, go for a walk or a run outside, surround yourself with as much clean oxygen you can.

All of these are absolutely true. The last one hit me. Today the world is full of stress and anxiety because of lack of friendships or relationships in general.

It can be hard sometimes but we need to look out for each other. After living in the UK for 9 yrs I realised what caused most of my anxiety, no community. In India neighbours look out for each other. Has its pros and cons sometimes but we can choose wisely.

Don't argue either folks. Did you hear that? Let your home be your safe zone. Let dinner be your family time. Do something on the weekend as a family, even if it's just going to the grocery store together. Then, let everyone do what makes them happy.

I have struggled with acid reflux most of my life. During college years n beyond, i did use all the meds that only made it worse. It finally drove me to study nutrition. Still, i couldn't heal it. It was just a couple of months ago, after listening to one of Dr. Hayman's talk that the light up went on, and i was able to find the solution to this problem 🙏 Thank you for all the incredible information you share here.

Change carpets to. Hard floors, no cushions, change curtains to blinds. Less dust, easier to clean. Smaller fridge easier to clean, food much fresher. Have plants inside.no clutter.

Staying away from ultra processed drinks ND foods, stay away from toxic relationship ND ppl, walking everyday ND choose healthy natural drinks ND home cooked natural foods, and be with someone who respect, values ND really care ND loves you, surround yourself positive ppl, spiritually, mentally ND emotionally mature
