I already use the gpt 3.5 turbo API, but my problem is that it is stateless. Does the gpt-4 api solve this issue? - or do I have to store the conversation history and write a program in addition for the the API to consider the previous prompts? Thanks in advance!

That's weird, even with GPT4 available on my user, I'm not able to do the requests, when I change to any model related to GPT-3, it works. Frustrating.
