at 9:41 it didn't work for me inside of a browser. Followed all of the steps, except when I ran flutter doctor, the only problem that it had said "Flutter recommends a minimum Xcode version of 13."

Now i'm trying to use the pixel 3 simulator but it's taking some time. Logcat says, couldn't load memtrack module, and
"E/wifi_forwarder: RemoteConnection failed to initialize: RemoteConnection failed to open pipe",
but keeps saying in Logcat error,
"375-402/system_process E/memtrack: Couldn't load memtrack module"
