Can’t seem to resolve the issue, when I try to go back to terminal to change the path it says command not found?

Hi, im in minute 0:49 and i cant create a file in the macintosh HD main drive . I only have the read permission . i have a mac air 1TB SSD and 16Gb . When i run flutter doctor in android studio terminal y get "The flutter tool cannot access the file or directory.

I add the path and everything works well, but when I restart the terminal it tells me "zsh: command not found: flutter"

Hi after adding path to the .zshrc file, when i run flutter doctor i'm getting this error continuously - "Unable to 'pub upgrade' flutter tool. Retrying in five seconds" even tried deleting the cache folder thing, but didn't work.

my parent folder of desktop is icloud drive. Should I install flutter in there?
