Soul Shards - Where you can farm them and which Bosses have the best drop rate in Diablo 3 Season 25

Soul Shards are the new Diablo 3 Season 25 Theme. I created a fresh character to simulate the Season Start and went straight to the bosses, which have the highest drop chance. But which boss drops which Soul Shard and how can you farm Soul Shards efficiently?

I'm 100% convinced that my game is bugged by now. I am paragon level 250 now. I have killed ALL the act 4 bosses numerous times and they NEVER drop a single soul shard...
I still don't have a single sliver of terror and I'm getting really tired of it...

Please keep in mind that he is doing this on PTR and that there is an inflated drop rate. So yes, bosses do have a higher drop chance but the drop rates or the 'realistic scenario' he mentions might differ from the actual season.

I did some test on that after mid ptr patch 15 runs in normal difficulty where i did all the bosses and usually on act 3, 2 boss out of 4 dropped 1 sin and 1 destruction (not always the same 2 bosses) and in act 4 on 11 of my 15 runs bosses didn't even drop a soul shard. (I was doing this at lvl 70 to be faster beetween bosses) bosses in act 1 all dropped anguish, in act 2 all bosses except for vidian dropped a dread of lies (vidian usually didn't drop anything in my runs), in act 5 they always dropped a hatred.

the drop rates on ptr are much higher than on live servers, so what do u think about about the seasonstart? is this possible still on difficulty normal?

The way I read it, bosses have a higher chance to drop any shard. Killing the same boss many times should give different shards.

You farm them doing rifts, Your wrong about it because there is no wrong way or right way to get them

I completed the entire SEASON 25 and did not find one SOUL SHARD. Seems like FAKE NEWS I also completed all bounties and greater rifts, regular rifts and not one soul shard. BS
