Antony Blinken was left shocked when he rose to make his last public speech as the US Secretary of State. His speech on the Middle East at the Atlantic Council was interrupted by extraordinary protests with people angry over his complicity in the Gaza conflict calling him a war criminal. At one point, Blinken pleaded to one protester to allow him to continue with his speech.
