I've been using an M1 iPad Air for college and it's held up extremely well. M1 is still low-key overkill, but this does mean it'll last me past graduation with ease which is nice.

How are still using 60hz display, it is 2025. Even budget phones come with high refresh rate displays.

The M1 iPad Pro still holds up really well for me, even though I play a lot of heavy games, do some online classes and even write long essays on it.

I'm gonna say this now just for the record. As much as we all want Mac OS on the iPad, Apple will put iPad OS on the Mac before they put Mac OS on the iPad. They'd lose too much control otherwise.
