The House that Dripped Blood - a true story

This happened to my family home when I was only 6 years old.

An absolutely true story.

Seven years later, I can only say that I am happy I described the incident so logically and factually true.

Recently a friend reported that he had a nail hole in the wall of his house that also "dripped blood." He theorizes that they had work done on the roof and the sub contractor used green wood that leached sap. This is the only time I heard of a similar event, but the scale of magnitude is totally different.

I assume that this occurred because the wood was still green when the house was built -- and in the humid summer heat the sap finally had fermented into a liquid resembling the color of blood. Why it took four years to occur is still a mystery, but the reality cannot be denied. I helped repaint the house myself. It was a phenomenal sight and the image is still impressed in my mind all these years later. It looked just like the house was dripping blood.

No. There were no particular other "otherworldly" events that accompanied this event. I have no idea how this occurred. There could very well be a practical explaination, but my memory of it is as described.

I was pretty young [around 6] at the time and had no worldly perspective to evaluate this event. It would be interesting to return to the Chicago area and inspect the house to look for those little aluminum wedges.

Hi mr Bill i believe your stories. Its pretty bizarre, but, never happened something to you or your family while you were inside the house? i mean voices, noises, something else? i 've had some experiences like yours (ufo sighting and paranormal stuff when i was a kid too!). this is very interesting greetings from Chile!

Maybe the house was cursed or long ago have an occult rituals and until now it's stuck with no blessing and no Baptist well I suggest?
