Why You Should Do A Triathlon In 2023

5 years ago I did something that changed my life.
I've always enjoyed the outdoors and used to run and cycle a bit. I decided to book a middle distance triathlon, or an ironman 70.3 triathlon, as a challenge for the summer. Having never done a triathlon before this was an exciting but scary adventure.
I started training with swimming, cycling and running and eventually completed it. Since then I've found that triathlon has an amazing community full on inspiring people. I've found a love for endurance sports like triathlon and this propelled me onto the next part of life.
I'm now a registered sport Nutritionist and have a real love for endurance events and triathlon in general. From the short super sprint triathlon to the epic ironman triathlon (long distance triathlon), there's something for everyone.
So if you're looking for motivation for 2023, you should try a triathlon.
