EP.14 Merry Christmas 🎄 2022

Christmas is celebration the birth of Jesus. Family and loved ones will come together for great traditional meal and exchanging gifts.
It’s really a fun day for children. They had been waiting for this day for the whole year .They are so excited to open gifts in Christmas morning 🎄.

Brown Sugar Orange Glaze

Ingredients:

1.5 cup orange juice ( fresh squeezed or store orange juice)
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp grounded cinnamon
1/2 tsp grounded nutmeg
2 cinnamon sticks
4-5 cloves ( optional)
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp orange juice

-Mix orange juice with water in a medium heat pot.
Add all spices and brown sugar and stir well.
-Add cinnamon sticks and cloves.
Mix all purpose flour in orange juice, mix really well and pour in the pot and stir the pot until the flour mix well with orange juice.
-cooking for 10 mins
Let it cool off a little then pour on the Plate of ham slices and Decorate the Plate with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
