I've re-discovered her music through a recent exhibition in Montreal, Canada. Her music playing in the room, as a part of a digital immersive experience, got me wanting to stay there for hours, just to feel every aspect of her music, in this one particular setting of the environment. Rather than aiming for the listener to feel speechless I think her music and performances opens new possibilities of expressing one individual's feelings, through his/her own interpretation. I think of her music as a space, in which everyone can find comfort and support. And be that way the site of anyone's tranquility.

YouTube picked this out and fed it into a playlist I was listening to as I was doing something else. It stopped me in my tracks and I came and sat down to pay attention to it. When it was over I listened to it again. I'm halfway through the third consecutive listen. What a wonderful and rare discovery, what Jurgen Gothe used to call a chestnut.

En ce 4 octobre 2019, Je sors tout juste du concert d'Alexandra au TLG. Un mot: MAGIQUE. Tout était parfait: la musique, l'émotion et la sincérité qui transpire de la paniste, les projections multi-medias, la mise en scene, l'ouverture d'esprit d'Alexandra et sa générosité.
