Don't forget that this is a "posh" crisp maker. I'm sure cheap chips don't neccesarily use real cheese and I talk from experience, red onion cheddar kettle crisps are way different than other crisps, to the point where the cheese can taste a little bad. So yeah, I assume there are differences

o.- when i usual eat cheese and onion chips and lick the spice off it, it rather tastes like milksugar mixed with some other spices. so i bet only the real expensive luxury brands use real cheese like shown here, oh wait. the main ingredient of the spraydried cheese was stretching the cheese with milksugar. or "milkpowder" as they called it.
